S.P.L.A.Sh - Supporting People Linked by ADHD in Sheffield is a voluntary support group for adults and children affected by ADHD, including carers, siblings, friends etc. 
             
About the Group... 
 

- We are a voluntary group serving Sheffield

- Our key aims are to raise awareness and support 

- Open to all 

- We aim to hold regular meetings to share information and provide support

- Everyone is welcome to attend our meet-ups.

If you are affected by ADHD - yourself, your child or someone you care for - come to our meetings for coffee & a chat.
